Dr. Enia Zigbuo-Wenzler is a professor, a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Public Health Specialist with expertise in the preventive and curative components of health.  In particular, she is passionate about improving access to healthcare for vulnerable/disadvantaged Liberians, by identifying and removing barriers to healthcare access. She brings a wealth of experience in primary care and public health as well as academia and research.  Her interdisciplinary training enables her with considerable proficiency to direct LiberiaCare.

As a professional Montessori and Public Trained AMI Educator. Mrs. Zigbuo-Tolbert is an advocate for students and for education. Her passion for student success is equated by her drive to seek alternatives and innovative ventures that increase the relevance in student learning. Additionally, she has a degree in Psychology.  Mrs. Zigbuo-Tolbert brings a wealth of experience and expertise to share with us. Her strong will and endurance are essential for all the work that awaits LiberiaCare.

Dr. Wenzler is a portfolio manager at Abaris Investment Management AG. In previous years, he worked as a portfolio manager at Deka Investment GmbH in Frankfurt and as a quantitative analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York. Dr. Wenzler received his PhD in physics from Boston University. His wealth of experience in Finance solidifies his position as LiberiaCare's treasurer.
